I am an esteemed academician and very young in my profession, working as an Assistant Professor, Akal University, Punjab, India. Not only I am working hard diligently in the field of Education but also I used to be very active in impactful social engagement. First of All, I am teaching to the upliftment of the rural young children. My students are from very poor and rural, traditional background I am making them education and teaching comfortable and reachable to acquire knowledge by all ends. As a dedicated member of Anti Ragging Committee and grievance and redressal committee member of the department always made me to create a safe, conducive and inclusive environment for the students and make their parents feel comfortable to send their children to the university to earn their degrees. Besides my academia, owing to my staunch commitment to social cause through active participation in diverse forum and completed four weeks course on Innovative Pedagogical strategies for gifted and slow learner developed by UNESCO and applying it to my classroom. I have participated in various seminars like like “People’s Participation in Environmental Sustainability” and “We’re part of the Solution,” addressing critical environmental concerns and fostering sustainable practices. Due to my keen interest in Global issues actively contributed to discussions on well-being and happiness, participating in a National Webinar on “Contemporary Pathway towards Happiness” organized by Purna Jyoti Education and Rehabilitation Society. Additionally, participated in the Online International Webinar on “Religionism, Nationalism, and Ethnicism in the Digital Translingual Spaces” demonstrates her commitment to understanding and navigating complex socio-cultural dynamics in the digital era. My dedication is to creating and bringing positive change, not only within the academic sphere but also in broader societal contexts with multifaceted engagement which reflects a holistic approach to education and social responsibility, make it a valuable asset to both the academic community and the larger society we live in.
