I am Syed Usman Javed, a dedicated professional based in Lahore, Pakistan, with over 5 years of experience in human resource management. Currently holding the position of Senior Human Resource Executive at TCS Private Limited, I bring expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits management, HR policies, record management, employee relations, litigation matters, and grievances handling.

My academic journey includes a B.B.A from the University of the Punjab and a B.Com IT from the same institution. I showcase a commitment to continuous learning through a Human Resource Management Specialization from the University of Minnesota, USA, along with various skill development courses, including IT proficiency and English language courses.

Outside the corporate sphere, I actively contribute to community awareness on climate change as a proactive member of the PUAN Lahore chapter and Movers Program. Serving as Vice President during the English Access Program at LIFE, I demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and active participation in group activities.

My advocacy for youth voices is evident through initiatives supporting youth empowerment, cultural diversity, and interfaith harmony. Involvement in PUAN, Friedrich Naumann Foundation, and CDA reflects my commitment to social, political, and economic inclusion for the youth.

Certified for contributions to PUAN’s Country Project on Climate Change, I actively participate in conferences, workshops, and events focusing on emerging trends, AI’s role in the future, digital economy, and youth opportunities. Engagements include the 6th World Islamic Economics & Finance Conference, PUAN Business Exchange Week – BIZFUSION, and PUAN Central Punjab Annual Reunions since 2016.

In the pursuit of global peace, my journey extends to Aman Yatra and a soulful trip to Kartarpur Sahib for the cause of interfaith harmony. As an advocate for youth voices, my diverse experiences and certifications make me a compelling candidate for the role of Global Peace Ambassador at Global Peace Chain.
