I am Surafel Henok, born on the 4th of March, 2004, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I come from a family of five, with two loving parents, a younger brother currently navigating high school as a freshman, and a delightful little sister in the 4th grade.

I am currently in my second year of study at Addis Ababa University, pursuing Business Administration and Information Systems. As an aspiring change-maker, I consistently find myself among the top five students in my class and have proudly maintained a position on the Honor Roll for several years.

My enthusiasm for both academic and extracurricular pursuits is evident through my leadership roles in various school clubs. In my leisure time, I indulge in physical activities, with soccer standing out as a personal favorite. I derive immense satisfaction from organizing and undertaking responsibilities.

In line with my commitment to creating positive change, I have recently become a member of Addis Ababa University’s newest Peace Club and Human Rights Club. My aim is to contribute meaningfully to these clubs, aspiring to participate in international events and dialogues that align with the principles of Pan-Africanism.

Being a Business Administration major, my goal is to educate individuals on the critical role of peace in fostering economic growth and sustainability in our country. I believe that a harmonious society is fundamental to overall progress.

I look forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead, anticipating that my involvement in these clubs will serve as a platform for impactful initiatives and collaborations.
