I’m a bachelor in Law and Political Science of the National University of Santa, Peru. I have taste in International Human Rights, International Human Rights and International Public Law. Since I was in the university, I had participated in undergraduate competitions, like Model United Nations and moot courts. I had participate representing my university in I Model United Nations of the Ministery of Justice and Human Rights of Peru, and the I Competition in International Humanitarian Law of the Buenos Aires University – Argentina. I won many awards, but the award that stand out the most is “Best Memorial in Sapnish” in the XI “Nelson Mandela” Human Rights Competition, that I recibed in the Palace of the United Nations – Geneva. That award was certificated for the University of Pretoria, The Washington Law School – American University, and The Human Rights Council of United Nations. In addition, I was recognized by the Ecological District Municipality of Nuevo Chimbote with the “Honor of Merit’s medal”, and by the Callao’s Bar Association with the Recognition of “Outstanding young lawyer”. Besides that, I’m chairperson in many Model United Nations in committes like UN WOMEN, HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL, OAS, and others. Further, I’m a founder, past president and honorary member of the Investigation and Debate’s Institution “A PARI MUN” of Perú, and member in American Initiative for Justice, and ONG where we present “amicus curiae” and advisory opinion requests in the Interamerican Human Rights System. Actually, I participated in the request for advisory opinion from the Interamerican Human Rights Comission about “Differentiated approaches in persons deprived of liberty”, last january. I was a civics and citizenship teacher, and speaker in many national and international events in human rights and international law, in Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Spain and Mexico, as well.
