Track record developing new metrics and tracking policy progress and implementation, drafting policy briefing papers.

Throughout my 4 -5-year career. I have developed a skill set including writing/editing skills, public speaking skills, intense research and analysis skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability. Most notably, I possess the tenacity and the determination a person needs toward global peace. I gained a lot of exposure and comprehended cultural sensitivity, the culture of tolerance, consonance, and inclusivity, as an International Model United Nations Member (IMUN). I continually strive to contribute at optimum levels in all facets of my work. I recently was awarded ‘The Best Delegate of UNICEF’ by the International Model United Nations.
As a volunteer, my main focus is to advocate human rights, Global Peace, and UN Sustainable development goals. As an Innovation Analyst Volunteer at 5,000 cities working with the Hearts and Hands Initiative, enabling youth to develop through professional training and capacity building. This enhanced the thread of diversity, inclusivity, harmony, and co-existence. As a content writing volunteer for mental health at AllyU, I assisted in their action plan projects.
Currently, I am a Business Development Researcher at a Canadian Public Financial Management Organization, a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. If you ask me what’s the personality trait required for this program? I am an individual who is passionate about building resilience and cultivating social peace. I suppose determination is more prominent than all my social achievements.
