My name is Nodira Rustamova. Obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Professional Education & Cultural Science from The Tashkent State Institute of Culture named after Abdulla Kadri. I received my Ph.D. degree from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, Tashkent city, Uzbekistan, in 2019. I’m working on DSc research work “Development of Media Mentality of Students in International Groups”. I had published 3 monographs, more than 60 Journals, and 75 papers in both national and international conferences. I’m now an Editorial Board Member of the International Research Journal of Science, Technology, Education, and Management (Philippines), Qubahan Academic Journal (Iraq), International Journal of Trend in Scientific Research and Development (India), Empirical Economics Letters (Bangladesh). I taught at the Centers for Advanced Studies of Public Education, the Center for Retraining Higher Education Personnel, at the Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent, now I teach Psychology, Culturology, Conflictology, and Pedagogy at the Tashkent State Dental Institute. I worked as a Volunteer in a project to develop a methodological recommendation on Conflictology, and in a project to eliminate cultural conflicts and ensure peace among young people. I was also a scholarship holder of the international environmental organization “ECOSAN” in 2005. I have published a lot of papers on the formation and development of media culture, media education in journals included in the SCOPUS database, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and I have also been a reviewer for the External Examination of the Ph.D. dissertation for International defenses in Malaysia, Iran, and Russia.
