“Prabin is a young public health and psychology professional from Nepal with more than 10 years of work experiences in the field of youths, health and development sectors in Nepal. I completed my Master’s in Public Health from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I am currently a lecturer of Psychology at Tribhuvan University, Trichandra Multiple Campus, Ghantaghar, Kathmandu. I also teach psychology and research at British Gurkha College, Bansbari, Kathmandu, National Academy for Medical Sciences, Baneshwor, Kathmandu and Vinayak Siddha College, Chabahil, Kathmandu. In terms of my education, I am currently a MPhil Scholar at Central Department of Population Studies. I am also involved in research and publications and stands as peer reviewers and editors in numerous national and international journals. I have also participated in numerous training and conference around the world.

Regarding my social achievements, I am currently the Vice President of a youth led organization, Young Professional Development Society Nepal (YPDSN), that aims to develop skills and capacity of youth people in Nepal through entrepreneurship. We aim to provide youths with professional skills, capacity development and learning opportunities to prepare them to become future leaders. YPDSN is implementing youth related programs with European Union under Erasmus+. I was awarded the Journal of International Students (JIS) 2020 Editor’s Choice Award (Recognized as among the top 5% of reviewer’s for the Journal of International Students in the past academic year in the number and quality of reviews) as well as Publons Peer Review Awards 2018, for placing in the top 1% reviewers in Social Sciences, General on Publons Global Reviewer Database, determined by the number of peer reviews reports performed during the 2017-2018. I am also affiliated with a number of professional organizations.”
