Noelia Blascovich holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Action at the University of Deusto and the University of Groningen with specialization in Humanitarian Analysis and Intervention Design. Her master thesis focused on the role of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations in multilateral humanitarian diplomacy.

In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Degree in Migrants and Refugees Protection at the University of Buenos Aires, a Postgraduate Degree in Humanitarian Assistance in Conflict Zones and Peace Mission at the University of the National Defense and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors Diploma in Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. She is also a graduate from the diplomatic academy of Argentina.

She has worked as a diplomat in varied departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina. In her last appointment, she was responsible for humanitarian affairs within the International Organization Department. She has experience in varied organizations with operations in developing countries.

In the academia, she supports the research of the Centre for International Studies of the University of Buenos Aires advising on humanitarian issues.

She speaks fluent Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Italian and has basic knowledge of Arabic and Chinese.
