Holder of a master’s degree in urban management, NGUETA NOUBAISSEM Bienvenu is a young Chadian leader, entrepreneur and volunteer living in Lomé, Togo. He obtained his baccalaureate in 2015 at the Lycée-college Marie Ke Tal in Koumra in Chad. In 2016, he obtained by competitive examination a Chadian state scholarship which enabled him to emigrate to Togo. In Togo, he continued his studies at the African School of Architecture and Urbanism where he obtained his license in urban management in 2019. He then obtained in 2021 in the same school, his master’s degree 2 in urban management.
On the social and associative level, in 2019 NGUETA NOUBAISSEM Bienvenu led the Union of Chadian Christians in Togo as President of this community. In 2020, he was the general secretary of the monitoring and control council of the Union of Chadian Students and Students in Togo.
Since 2019 until today, NGUETA NOUBAISSEM Bienvenu is a peace web user and volunteer at the Women, Democracy and Development Reflection and Action Group in Lomé. Within this institution, he participated in the campaigns against violence before and after the election during the presidential election of 2020. Very active, today he leads a fight against sensitive injustices on gender and contributes to the emancipation of women.
On the entrepreneurial level, NGUETA NOUBAISSEM Bienvenu has created a micro-catering enterprise and promoter of several business ideas.
