Young leader of the Democratic Republic of Congo, born in Kolwezi in the province of LUALABA where I studied and obtained my graduate degree in nursing, before embracing the field of empowerment of women and the fight against social inequalities in my community.
Driven by the thirst for learning, I came to Kinshasa to continue with my studies and obtain the diploma of license in Teaching and Administration in nursing sciences. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree, I became involved in the defense of the rights of women and girls in the DRC with the creation of the NGO NYOTA and in being driven by the desire to defend the just cause, I joined the Union Solidarité des nurses du congo where I successively served as deputy principal delegate and then deputy national secretary to the youth committee. Seeking to contribute to the development of my community, I had to apply and benefited from training in the fight against gender-based violence with UNFPA, leadership and public management at the YALI regional leadership center in Dakar and the economic, social and cultural rights by the Human Dignity association of Paris
After having benefited from these trainings.
Currently I am a front-line care and support provider for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence at the Kintambo Integrated Multisectoral Services Center in Kinshasa where we provide holistic care to victims of sexual and gender-based violence and secretary general of the NGO NYOTA which sets up education projects, youth emancipation and contribution to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals in remote areas of the DRC
