I am Marjorie Paola Paredes Ochoa, from a very young age I was involved in issues of social work, defense of Human Rights and youth empowerment, for this reason I decided to study Law. I am currently 21 years old, I am a student of the ninth cycle of Law and Political Science at the Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo in Ancash Peru. I am focused on volunteer work, for this reason in 2016 I was elected as president of the secretariat of Social Projection of the Federated Center of the Faculty of Law and Political science of UNASAM, being reelected for 3 consecutive years.
During 2019 I was part of the National Program of legal education for social inclusion (PRONELIS) by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights; Training and publicizing Human Rights, I was also a Regional Member of the Youth Parliament program by the Peruvian Legislative Branch.
During the year 2020 I was a fellow of the Department of State of the United States of America, in the Study program of the Institute of the United States, I received classes at the University of Arizona, on issues of Human Rights and social inclusion which enhanced my leadership thanks to the fact that I lived this experience in coexistence with young leaders from the different countries of South America.
Currently during the emergency unleashed by COVID-19 I am part of the support network for the elderly and / or people with disabilities by the state, accompaniment through calls and providing emotional support and facilitate the delivery of help by the state .
