Kaushan Manawadu is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in a leading insurance company in Sri Lanka, Kaushan brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex operations.

His diverse background includes a notable role as the Managing Director/Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives at Noble Manhattan Coaching, the 3rd largest coach training company globally. Kaushan has demonstrated leadership as the Charter Club President at Lions Club of Colombo Catalysts, contributing to community development under Lions Club International.

As a Senior Lecturer at LPEC Campus and a Visiting Lecturer at Open University Sri Lanka, Kaushan is committed to education. He is pursuing an MSc in International Relations at Liverpool John Moores University, complementing his academic achievements, including an MBA from the University of Northampton (UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.

Kaushan’s certifications as a Certified Professional Marketer (Asia Marketing Federation), Internationally Certified Trainer (City & Guilds, UK), and Certified NLP Practitioner (American Board of NLP) reflect his dedication to professional development.

His passion lies in various interesting areas, including Human Rights, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Peace and Conflict Studies, Environmental Studies, International Affairs, and Humanitarian Services.
