Laeeq Tareen

Pakistan

I was born on 18 th Feb in village Amankot District Nowshera KPK. Now I live in district
Pesahwar, KPK, I completed my high school education in Pesawhar, after the high
school I took addition in Islamia college Peshawar where I completed my higher
secondary FSc degree, after that I completed my BSc and MA (IR) from Peshawar
University
I was a full-time student, motivated by my love for learning and succeeding as I strive
to become an outstanding and successful man in today’s society. With the definitive
goal of becoming a professional, I am a member of different social, national and
international Organizations.

Personal Views:
I reflect a varied personality including ambition, and the qualities of generosity and
thoughtfulness. I am also a well determined and vigorous individual, yet pleasantly
calm. I encourage struggling for what you desire and believe in, and doing it through
God because nothing great comes easy and with God everything is possible.
Apart from the above, I have kept a keen interest in social work and enjoy reading,
writing short stories and poetry, and most importantly spending time with my loved
ones.
I am a person who believes in change and knows that war cannot be won by guns
and violence but it can be won easily by knowledge, I believe that if we don’t try to
change the situation then no one can and my ultimate objective of life is to bring a
change in the thinking of people and to help them build a good society.
Family Life:
I brought up in a joint family system where my father, two mothers, 9 brothers and 4
sisters were lived in one large house in my village, my father was retired from
education department in 19 grade as a principle in 1996, after the retirement my
father appointed as principle in khushal college of science and technology. My two
brothers are govt servants one in Pak Army and the other is in SNGPL.

What life means to me.
Life to me means friends and family who you can trust and who trusts you. I am
pretty much on the happy side of life, but like all I do I have my "days of." That
means I do have some sad days or depressed days. I have a few friends here that sort
of look out for me and when I am having a bad day, I have someone here in society
to talk to. I make my days go by thinking of either the next hour or what I will do
when I get home or on the weekend. I'm not seeing anyone now but when I did have
a friend, our favorite places to go were the movies and out to dinner.
Major Accomplishments:
 I have received a medal from United Nations for best performance
 I have received a medal from US Army (NATO/ ISAF) for best performance in
Pak Afghan peace mission.
Future Plans
1. To work with national and international Organizations.
2. To serve humanity without any discrimination of cost, sect, race and religion.

3. To present my experience and services to all those who are struggling for
peace and harmony.
4. To work for positive attitudes and convert the society for positive thinking.
