I am working with Women Development Department and have demonstrated history of working with non-profit organization and management industry. I coordinate between the international and public partners to ensure the effectiveness of the project activities. The project objective in to improve the livelihood and well-being of female home-based workers in the Province of Sindh, Pakistan.
I’m the founder of “VerkPro” that is a start-up for complete HR tech-based solution, that will also be providing skill development trainings.
Also associated with Omen as Consultant. My tasks are to implement projects by offering technical expertise, preparing reporting and communicating CMS directives.
As a Trainer I conducted numerous sessions on different topics, such as Women empowerment, importance of digitization, career counselling, life skill management, financial services access, income generation, entrepreneurship. Apart from this, I’ve conducted awareness session on social issues such as, Human rights, Women and Children rights, Labor rights, Peace and Harmony, Interfaith Harmony, Covid-19 awareness. My achievement as a Trainer is conducting workshop at International platform in Egypt where youth representatives from 3 continents (Asia, Africa and Latin America) participated.
Received award for Peace ambassador from Karachi Press club on giving services voluntarily to the vulnerable community for 6 years.
I’m associated with Rotary International, as Club Advisor of RAC Karachi Crown. I create mentorship and professional development opportunities that match sponsor club members with Rotaractors based on interests, career path, or expertise, Offer advice and expertise during project planning and implementation.
