Mr. Hamse, is a public policy professional expert with nearly 10 years of practice in national and international policy framework, Mr.Hamse combines a wealth of advocacy and policy expertise with the ability to enhance inclusive and participatory policy making process, institutional development , public policies, private policies, developmental and humanitarian policy expert.
Mr. Hamse comprehensively advise on strategic change, national policies and programs that result in a positive impact for the government, businesses and NGOs.
Mr.Hamse served as a Policy Advisor to the Parliament of Somaliland where he contributed reviews and recommendations of National policies regarding state building and sustainability of peace. Currently, he is the Director of Parliamentary Budget Office and a part time lecturer to both public and private Universities of Somaliland.
Mr. Hamse graduated from Ethiopian Civil Service University in Addisababa, Ethiopia with MA in Public Policy and have BA in Accounting and Finance.
