Gazala Saifi is a highly motivated, optimistic, and passionate young professional. She has a degree in Law, and a qualified Advocate at the Bar Council of India. She is a human rights enthusiast. During her law studies, she had interned at an NGO based in New Delhi, where she took initiatives in organizing workshops with the women and children to create awareness about laws and their rights. She realized that they are living in a society where they are still fighting for women’s rights, and women come under the weaker section, and here she decided to dedicate her life to the protection of human rights. At present, she is an intern at the Global Peace Foundation (India). She had also interned at the Muskurahat Foundation, Mumbai as a fundraiser for the education of marginalized children. She is an active member of Amnesty Decoders. She is also currently enrolled at the Latham & Watkins White Collar Defense & Investigations Virtual Experience Program. She is being a dynamic learner of International Law and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals i.e global citizenship for a sustainable society.
