My name is Famara Badjie and from the Gambia West Africa.
I am the founder and CEO of Badjie’s spare parts and car sells and also Badjie’s fashion,

My life interest for giving back to my society was inspired by the help I got from motivated people. Since 2013 and despite my inexperience in social advocacy, I have dedicated my time to impact young girls become skill developed individuals in the Gambia.

BJ Creation is young company started up in October 2013 by the owner Ms. Binta Jarju.
The owner is not integrated in professional and business networks. The business was blindly functioning without no business plan.

I drafted a business plan stating most things she would want to accomplish as an entrepreneur in tailoring, design and manufacturing.

I used number of strategies to invite youth especially girls who I encourage about skills and the beauty of tailoring self-dependency, which well done in motivating girls to focus on the issue of entrepreneurship and sideline the issue of early marriage. During her life training this girls Binta herself discovered her teaching skills.
