“I am a professional with more than 10 years of extensive working experience in the business development field in Egypt. Combining field experience with academic and research skills in economics, management, and international cooperation, I have accumulated solid experience on pro-poor and inclusive business modeling in high-risk and challenging economic structures like the Egyptian market through a complex system thinking approach. I have been also working in diverse cultural settings and at dynamic workplaces with multi-stakeholders. My leadership experiences include managing multicultural and diversified teams.

With a special focus on business strategy, I have also helped advise on the establishment of various green and inclusive investment & business partnerships in Egypt in several sectors including; food and agriculture, aquaculture, logistics and transport, consumer goods, and environment.

This has also allowed me to act as a facilitator between local and foreign businesses, which helped shape, my interpersonal, and cultural-diversity, and communication skills. Moreover, an integral part of these partnerships has been the strategic inclusion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) components. In addition, I have also advised on the establishment of innovative start-ups and social entrepreneurship ventures with innovative solutions to socio-economic challenges facing low-income populations in the Egyptian economy.”
