I am an activist working on quality education at Burundi Light of Life Action(BLLA) here in Bujumbura. So far, we have managed to send back to school 12 children(6 boys and 6 girls) and we are mentoring them for their peace of mind trying to make them understand that it is not yet late to shape their future and bring a change in our world. We are again planning to launch a transformational leadership center especially in country side to impact as many as youth we can.
Lastly, my family has been living in conflict since my father’s death in 2004 and I remember last year(2020) during our family meeting for the first time I managed to talk in a way that started impacting them to the point that we closed the meeting with the same agreement that we are going to show love to each other and they asked me to create a whatsapp group so that we talk to each other as much as we can and get to know what is going on in our family. I really managed to do that thanks to the book(7 habits of highly effective people) I read of Stephen Covey. I also got a certificate from gcedonlinecampus.org on Sustainable development goals(SDGs) and I am ready share them with other young which will lead them to actions.
