“My name is Dilfuza (Dilya) Shokirova. I live in Chicago, USA. I was born and grew up in Tajikistan. In 2010 I moved to the USA aiming to advance my career.
I am a senior finance and accounting consultant at DLC Group. In addition to managing the financial projects, I run and operate my own financial and accounting consulting firm where I successfully manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of finance and accounting.
I am a professional with 6+ years in accounting, consulting, and business development roles with Fortune 500 companies. I hold AS in Accounting from Reynolds College and BA / MA in International Communication from Tajik -Russian Slavonic University. I am also a member of Chicago Cares, a non-for-profit organization where I bring my passion and dedication to service the projects. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, exploring the world, playing guitar and baking.”
