Hardworking, honest and trustworthy are the best words to describe a leader. A person who wants to become strong in the business world should start from the beginning by working on their skills, increase their knowledge, connect with different people who have a great mindset and positive energy, present solutions to the company or community. At the end, when you start practicing, you have to consider everything you have learned in your area and the context you get when you learn in different ways. We don’t forget that life has an important role in our lives no matter what we learn in books, there is a significant difference between practical and theoretical experience; Also, there are many life lessons that we simply cannot learn until we face certain situations in our life, especially bad situations that have an important role in personal development because they tell us with a different meaning that we have to find a solution to this situation and that means we learn the skills to change this solution from bad to better. We cannot ignore the important role of a team to present solutions to these unpleasant situations because the ideas that are presented by such a member in the group, it is necessary for a leader and he should listen to these solutions because it can help for other solutions or new knowledge that it could not be known by all the other members of the team and for this communication, respect, listening are more important for a leader and partnership.
