My name is Assel Seifullina. I am an IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst, MSc Computer Science, certified Astana Hub tracker, Bolashak program scholarship holder, senior lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at KazATIU. More than 10 years of experience in the IT field in positions such as business analyst, project manager. He has been working in the educational field for more than 17 years, the developer of proprietary courses MS Excel, MS Project, and in collaboration with the leading Kazakh company Maxinum Consulting Group created a course on MS Power BI.

My main mission as a current university teacher, founder of my own educational center and EasyStep platform is to inspire people by setting an example of initiative, demonstrating that there are no limits, and personal growth and challenges can bring great benefits to society.

My approach is based on the belief that every person has the potential to achieve greater heights, and I strive to be a shining example of this idea. In the process of teaching, I strive not only to convey knowledge and experience, but also to instill confidence in my students and motivate them to improve themselves.

Owning an educational center for me is not just a business, but also a platform for introducing innovation, stimulating creative thinking and developing entrepreneurial skills in my students. I emphasize that personal growth and problem solving not only lead to personal success, but can also serve a charitable purpose for society. I conduct a free study group for school students and those interested at my training center on Tuesdays.

In my educational process, the emphasis is not only on academic programs, but also on the development of leadership qualities, creativity, and the ability to think independently. My students see me not only as a teacher, but also as a mentor, ready to support them in achieving new heights. Today I have already been a tracker of more than 300 startups from Kazakhstan

Thus, I strive to create an environment in which each of my students realizes their potential, bravely accepts challenges and is inspired not only by their own achievements, but also by my example.

The main challenge for next year is that through my platform we can launch educational quizzes among the population to preserve the environment.
