Arnold Ronald Muyomba is an elected leader currently serving in office as the Vice Chairperson–National Youth Council, Wakiso District Local Government, Youth Council Executive where he slated to start creating a future for the young people, improve their welfare, and represent their voices to the government.
In the past six and so years in his volunteer service with various organizations, including Uganda Red Cross Society, Rotary International, and community service programs in Entebbe Municipality, and Wakiso District at large, Arnold is the Founder of Entebbe Youth Foundation an organization based and operating in Entebbe Community, Co-Founder of Entebbe Youth Development Cooperative & SACCO and the Executive Director of Peers Awakening Initiative. However, Arnold has acquired skills and commitment to young people and an understanding of factors affecting their lives. He has also acquired leadership abilities to provide reliable support to young people and act with integrity in stress times. All these are the achievements that have been made possible by his voluntary work with a number of youth-led programs.
Prior to his participation in the national election, Arnold has been and still is a youth leader as Village Youth Chairperson, Entebbe, Div. A’, Youth Council Finance Secretary and Entebbe Youth Leader’s Emyooga SACCO Chairperson, a Presidential Initiative on wealth and job creation. He has achieved a certain level of social impact by empowering youth in income generating activities, driving self-sufficiency for involved business youth.
Arnold has participated in a number of community activities such as Youth Peace conferences, Faith based fellowships, Youth inclusive conferences among others. He has also won the STARQT Award’s 2019 Community Field Donation of the Season under Entebbe Youth Foundation and most recent Award in Face of Entebbe community awards as a Remarkable Youth.
