Ana Flávia Pedroso Silva

Portugal

My name is Ana Flávia Pedroso Silva, I am 23 years old, I am Brazilian and graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, I hereby introduce myself, as well as my intentions and future plans.

During all my graduation at PUC-GO I tried to have as much experience as the college can offer, from the first periods I started to advance college subjects, which made me graduate with 4 and a half years of graduation instead of 5 years.

I got involved in human rights volunteering and monitoring with Professor Roberto Rodrigues in the area of Criminal Procedure. I had the honor of graduating now with a general average above 8, and in the face of internships carried out during the course and some published articles, I was able to be approved even with the graduation in progress in 2 universities in Portugal to study the master’s degree in Law.

In recent years my academic work in the legal field has allowed me excellent experiences. Which brought me the approval of an article at the University of Coimbra in 2019, as well as the approval of 2 articles published in book in Brazil in 2020, at the invitation of Professor Dr. Clodoaldo Moreira dos Santos Júnior. Another 2 articles published in 2021 by the organization of CAED-Jus and my first oral support in another article published at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa made me grow personally and professionally in a way I never imagined. I acquired good written and verbal expression, knowledge in editing and organization of texts. Likewise, I became aware of the constant search for updating studies.

I was approved in 2020 for a United Nations simulation in New York City, with the most current discussions on topics that the UN defends. With the pandemic, the event will be held in March 2022, with the presence of President Bill Clinton. I hope at this event to meet people of different nationalities and get to know their views on UN issues.

Throughout this trajectory, my parents and my sister have always supported and encouraged me to continue writing and searching for knowledge, so that one day I can pass on all this cultural baggage to other interested generations.

My greetings,
Ana Flavia
