My name is Alunanye Materka Shalot a country leader for Uganda in the Young world leader Program i am a teacher,mentor ,gender activist and aradical person .
My main goal is to eradicate gender stereotypes among girls in major communities in Uganda through sensitizing, mentoring and training them especially parents who think girls cannot do better due to the negative ideologies ,myths and dogmas .I believe I can make an impact through my radical knowledge .I have started my Non Government Organization basically to bring girls ,youth and women together for a better cause by the year 2030 I want to have reaches Millions of young girls and enrolled them in school .Per now I have reached out to 5000 young girls in. communities in Uganda.
