My name is Aja Mariama Bah. I am a Gambian. I am a legal practitioner with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in law from the University of The Gambia and a B.L Degree from The Nigeria Law School. I am enrolled to the Gambian and Nigerian Bar.
I am a motivated Attorney, creating a positive image by building relationships and credibility. I network with the legal community, media, government and public.
Highly successful legal professional with solid record of accomplishment in Criminal, Civil, Corporate and Oil and Gas. I am persuasive negotiator and articulate communicator.

I was an Executive Member at University of The Gambia Law Clinic from 2016-2017. We organized many human rights sensitization forums and offered various human rights representatives to the ones that their human rights have been violated and couldn’t access legal representation. I sensitized people about their rights and provided possible remedies to their issues. I also attended field trips were I visited refugee camps to sensitize them about their rights as refugees. They communicated the problems they were facing both within the camp and outside the camp. Our team provided legal remedies and also financial assistance to their shortcomings. I also worked with various NGOs to put to stop human right violations and to bring to justice the perpetrators. I gained experience and expertise in the human rights field working for such an effective law clinic and other human rights organizations.
I was also awarded a Certificate of Acknowledgement by the Law Students Association, Faculty of Law, University of The Gambia for my participation to the activities of the Faculty.
