I am Adolphe Nibishaka from Rwanda. I am looking forward to starting health care and medical courses in my University. I am an agent of impact and social entrepreneur. I envision to create a transformed,healthy and wealthy community. I am interested in equity,freedom and harmony. I am working on my initiative called hope impact initiative which aims at equipping rural community with leadership, entrepreneurship skills and experiences to help them restore their potentials to impact their lives,and community.
In testing phase,we are training immaturely pregnanted girls with personal growth and development strategies.
I also involve in youth volunteering campaigns which help in educating community,fostering peace and harmony,unity and reconciliation programs, pandemic awareness, cleanliness and many community based activities.
I am the council member of youth impact mission.A non profit organisation which trains youth in personal transformation and leadership programs,where we used to host 3 conferences per year called vision conferences which inspire youth to be the agents of peace, unity, change and to impact their communities.
This has played a big role in unifying our diversified society here in Rwanda.
