Biography

Anel is a young female leader and an MBA graduate in the field of Economic Sciences from Lomonosov Moscow State University. In recent years, she dedicated her life to promoting peacebuilding, the culture of tolerance, multiculturalism, conflict resolution, and female empowerment in society. Because of her constant hard work as a peacebuilder where her leadership qualities on freedom and justice were tested, in 2018 she was awarded a full scholarship to attend the International Youth Summit in Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and Summer School Program on the Development of Intercultural dialogue organized by Baku International Multiculturalism Center. In 2019 her philosophical article on Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the spiritual and theological perspectives was published by respected Russian newspaper «Komsomolskaya Pravda» and Kazakhstan tabloid «Arguments and Facts». Anel is also well-known as an Independent Researcher in Political Philosophy, Conflictology (Conflict Resolution), Theology, and Western Esotericism. In terms of a spiritual topic that plays a significant role in her daily life, she believes that morality and spirituality are the main basis of society that makes society’s “consciousness” turn into peaceful and loving directions in all aspects. This concept is based on the ancient philosophy of sharing and caring, which might become the positive trigger point of global changes for the future generation and its foremost values. In 2020 Anel became a finalist of the Central Asia Youth Leadership Academy (CAYLA) under the USAID Civil Society Support program in Central Asia, moreover, she successfully graduated from the Academy. In 2021, she hosted two main webinars organized by the Global Peace Chain. In March 2021, she led a discussion for International Women’s Day (8 March), “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world,” where outstanding female speakers from broad international sectors, celebrated the tremendous efforts of women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and highlights the gaps that remain. In May 2021, Anel hosted another thought-provoking talk on Palestine-Israel conflict escalation. She demonstrated extraordinary diplomatic and conflict resolution skills during the discussion. Other attendees highly acknowledged her extensive awareness during the challenging webinar as a host. Her perception of being a leader is about being a person with a strong moral code, being critical to your own personal qualities, always expand your knowledge in terms of peace, freedom, and justice, and passionately share it with others.
