SIAHE KEMONEHEGNAN ARISTIDE is a young person very committed to his community. After obtaining a Master degree in DIDACTICS of FRENCH, he is currently preparing a doctorate. Since 2013, his commitment to contribute to the development of his community has pushed him to join a world-renowned volunteer organization called International Youth Fellowship, working to change the mentality of young people. He has been Coordinator of high schools, universities (2013) and Head of Mobilization (2015). Today, he is in charge of the Operations and Programming Department. The execution of this charge allowed him to conduct training camps as a volunteer, a change of mentality and leadership both in his country and in the sub region (Ghana, Benin, Togo, Guinea, ),and South Korea

NGOs, associations and groups face the problem of access to public decision-makers who do not trust them and do not provide them with the means to support government programs. As a result, they should benefit from the technical expertise of governments, or reconciliation with certain institutions to receive funding for their projects, which is not the case. Since this problem is related to the bad reputation and the lack of seriousness of the organizations, the solution would be to strengthen the capacities of the organizations, to change their mentality and finally to make a plea with the governmental structures so that they realize that the NGOs are their partners
