SEID Mahamat Herbama is a young volunteer involved in community life. Member of several youth organizations, he is a founding member of the association Action for Education and Citizenship (APEC), of which he is currently Vice President. APEC is an organization that works in the field of education and promotes civic values. He is also an ambassador of peace within the association Jeunesse Citoyenne Pacifique since 2016 until today. He was also an ambassador of peace to the Children’s Parliament of Chad from 2003 to 2004. Member of the Association for Action for Solidarity and Support for Vulnerable Diapers (ASOSCOV), SEID is passionate about the humanitarian field where his volunteerism in this organization testifies. He also holds a degree in Public Law from the University of N’Djamena at the Faculty of Law. In addition to his law degree, he is a laureate of the National School of Administration of Chad (ENA) with a Certificate in Diplomacy.
