Morgado is the founder and chairman of the Roque Silva Morgado Foundation (RSMF), which focuses on creating opportunities for vulnerable youths and women, promoting sustainable urban and rural development, and fostering positive change in communities. His foundation runs various initiatives including educational programs, safety and health projects, and arts and culture rehabilitation programs aimed at supporting traumatized youth.
