My Name is Prince D. Sayeh from Liberia, West Africa. I am a Humanitarian, activist, student leader, community youth leader and an entrepreneur. I am currently involved in campaigning through actions for youth in and out of my community, mainly underprivileged. We are also involved in campaigning to making the world a better place, by having a clean environment and ,making community understand that they need to be a integral part of changing the community for the better and can be done by community participation in all aspect of development. We have exhibited our leadership roll through inclusive leadership style and distribution of responsibility to make managers feels part of the process. Regular feedback with team is cardinal and its give facilitators more endurance to voluntarily perform immensely
