Born in San Francisco, CA. Pascal Rathle’s mother is American and his father immigrated from France, with grandparents from Egypt. He’s the oldest of four siblings, and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL. He speaks English and French fluently. Pascal holds a BA in Communication from Jacksonville University (2018), leaving the institution debt free. He’s been internationally honored as a Caravan for Democracy Fellow to Israel (2017) and a Scholarship Holder to the European Forum Alpbach to Austria (2018), studying international peacebuilding and analyzing diversity and resilience across sectors. He trialed professionally in soccer for FC Augsburg of the Bundesliga, Germany (2015) and completed an international finance internship for ADS Securities in London, UK and Abu Dhabi, UAE (2018). He’s worked as a Policy Assistant to the City of Jacksonville Executive Office of the Mayor, in the United States Senate, Embassy of the Gabonese Republic, and presently acts as an Ambassador to the Borgen Project. During his undergraduate studies he served as a Ronald Reagan Fellow (2017) and a TFAS Freedom Scholar to Washington DC (2018). Leadership skills and initiative building has been honed on the executive boards of Student Government, Greek life, Office of Admissions, and as a NCAA Division I Student Athlete at Jacksonville University. Pascal is a young leader with an intent to find solutions at the intersection points of politics, markets, and business outcomes, while countering injustice, mitigating human suffering, and inspiring our connected human hearts and voices to speak freely and act responsibly for the globe.
