I am MUGISHA FONTANE from KIGALI RWANDA; I am a founder of an association called GREAT LAKES YOUTH ASSOCTION FOR DEVLOPMENT AND PEACE (GLYADP), I am an Ambassador of INSTITUTE FOR ECONOMICS AND PEACE (IEP), Ambassador of CLIMATE ACTION GROUP (CAG). I am a social and enthusiastic person about human relationships, beauty and opportunity that lies into diversity. I aim to become a good listener and responder to people who differ from me, as well harnessing an adaptive mindset towards change and feedback. From various volunteering services, participation on crucial events and trainings, I have developed the proficiency on cooperating with others, building a positive team spirit, help everyone to remain pleasant, friendly and prioritize the success of a team above one’s interests, I speak clearly with ability to collaborate and share responsibilities, I’m sociable with large groups, that help me to work harmonically with peoples of different understanding, ideas and culture. Within the services, I have developed the partnerships framework, productivity through transparency and accountability in my career responsibility. I am passionate to help poor people and make voice for them because I was grown in poor family and we were neglected because of poor.
