I am Mahmud Mustafayev. I am a Master student of Education Management at Vytautas Magnus University and a junior education researcher.I am most passionate about the realization of the SDG 4. Of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is the quality provision of quality education for all. By 2030 UNESCO aims at eradicating illiteracy and embedding inclusive, differentiated, individualized education and lifelong learning under the slogan of “Education for All” For the realization of these attractive goals in the time of Industry 4.0 we all have to do our best. We are sill far from achieving these luring goals as there are over 258 million children are still out of school worldwide while there are 781 million illiterate people. Technological advancements have been unprecedented and education fails to catch up with the pace of change and development more often than not. For the solution of all these problems I will commit my career to the research in the field and try to bring out best practices. As an ambassador I will strive to research and discuss the reconceptualization and repositioning of the curriculum in a way that no country is left behind. As a developing country , Azerbaijan is still challenging to get ahead of the curve and faces critical problems with education. I hold the belief that as an ambassador my contributions will be indispensable for my home country as well. I am a competent researcher in the field of education research. Besides, I have strong project management, public speaking, debating skills which I have gained through the engagement in the MUNs, (Model United Nations), MECs (Model European Council), MOIC, etc. Besides, I have been a member of the research cluster at my university that helped me sharpen my research skills. Apart from this, I have worked as a teacher for almost two years that gave me a deep insight into contemporary educational challenges.
