Lubatuka was born in Kigoma West Tanzania on 8 of june 1992 He graduate high school at Kitwe Secondary school-Kigoma in November 2012 and from Best Hope Academy Pritoria South Africa Diploma of Enviromental Concervation on August 2014

After receiving my Education i Volunteered with UNHCR in Nyarugusu Refugee Camp in Northern East of Tanzania as a Peace ambasador 2015 worked with my fellow volonteers fro different Nations such as USA,AUSTRALI,UK and NORWAY in 2016 i aimed to form a group of Youth known as West Tanganyika Youth Community wich has Lead a big change of Mind set between Youth in my community about SDGs i Later Volunteered with Youth Development Office under Prime Ministers Office and Ministyr of Youth,Work,Employment and Disabilities In Empowering Youth about Finencal Magement and Industial Innovations in Tanzania Mainland Up to December 2016 in January 9 i started forming a new Group of Youth and Finaly beang Registerd and Start working officialy as Youth NGO in April 22 2017.
