I was a volunteer professor at universities in Brazil, I worked with the environmental impacts on the populations. In addition, my doctoral research analyzed the open government in the city of São Paulo, the largest in Latin America. Currently, in postdoctoral studies, I combine my expertise to develop governance technology among those affected by the dam. I mapped the strategic course of action of those affected, and held training workshops and a popular panel with the support of the researcher network (53 researcher) in the disruption of the Samarco / Vale / BHP Biliton dam in Rio Doce, Brazil. This is the very important and still unresolved case that has hit 35 more cities in the country. In addition, I am a consultant to the National Human Rights Council. Therefore I have a great number of contacts at the most different levels and I am able to build peace in Brazil.
