He is an engineer-economist by training. He has been working at the Dakar City Hall since April 2014, in the planning and sustainable development department.
In July 2017, he was recruited in an environmental project at the City Council of Dakar, as monitoring and evaluation officer.
This project aims to provide the city of Dakar with a climate resilience strategy to build development that respects the environment and the fight against the effects of climate change.
He is passionate about reading, travel, development projects with social impact, research and sustainable development. He wants to be a pragmatic person and a catalyst for positive change in communities around the world.
It is in this context that he has set up a sustainable agricultural project for women in his home region to make them financially self-sufficient. It is a project that financed him from his own funds. Today, 20 women are employed. They have a regular income thanks to this project, which has significantly reduced their economic and social vulnerability.
Regularly, Mr. Khadim Ndiaye offers free training to young people in his country on business creation and leadership to encourage them to create their own jobs and be responsible in society.
He is available and ready to collaborate with all the youth of the world to protect the environment in order to preserve the life of future generations through economic and sustainable development projects. He is available and ready to learn from others. He believes that in order to build peace in the world, the dialogue of cultures and civilizations is indispensable.
