A diligent and professional Human Resources Manager and Admin Expert with extensive experience in Personnel Administration, Policies and Procedures Development and Implementation Roles. A highly organised and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to projects has yielded excellent results. Recent achievements with my current employer/Host include the built up of a Human Resources Unit/Department in the Non-Government Organization (NGO) Lesotho National Olympic Committee, development and implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) in collaboration with SCM Consultancy in LNOC, organizational restructuring, development of the Personnel Filing System (physically and in cloud), Development of the Policy and Procedural Manual, Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), affiliated my organization with ALEB and not limited to. Nevertheless, on freelance basis I am currently voluntarily building the Beautiful Dream Society’s Administration Internal Controls Systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I am also serving as the member of Lesotho NOC HR-Committee where I am assuming the Secretarial Role and custodian of the committee which is made up of various external HR and Industrial experts from giant organizations in the country. I have just built up the Conservation organization called Lesotho Human Nature Projects where i am assuming the National Director Role and i am building up the Volunteer Base and of course doing very well.

Strategic and leadership skills Recently served as the Acting Head Corporate Services while remained as the Human Resources Officer (Generalist) at the Lesotho National Olympic Committee; Established or Built up the LNOC HR Unit or Department from Zero; Developed and implemented the LNOC Performance Management System; Championed the LNOC Organizational Restructuring Process; Secretary for LNOC HR Committee; Established the LNOC staff welfare committee, Founder and Former President of National University of Lesotho’s Human Resources Management Association (NUL HR-A); Successfully served the NUL B.Com Association as the Director Human Resources; I am the Lesotho’s Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) eqUIP (Commonwealth University Internships Programme) programmes supervisor ; and Administrative Freelancer at Beautiful Dream Society (International NGO).Founder and Director of the Lesotho Human Nature Projects (Currently)
