Hermyone ADJOVI is a young leader, Founder and President of Mata-
Yara NGO, an NGO working for better life condition for women and
children in the fields of health and education. Her NGO has already
impacted almost 2.000 children’s and 1.000 women in one year. She’s
currently preparing a master degree in Marketing and Business
Communication.
From 2015 to 2018, she successively worked as Assistant Director,
Secretary of Direction and Marketing Manager. As a content writer today,
she also has a great passion for community service. Very active in Civil
Society, she serves as Foreign Affairs Officer for the West African Young
Leaders Organization (WAYL Org) and Project Manager of Digital
Startup Project, for the implementation of a digital startup as well as
providing job opportunities for several young people in BENIN. Active
member of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 2016, she has
been awarded most outstanding new member of the year, due to her
dynamism in community service and project management.
Her passion for volunteering drives her to the World Peace Initiative
Foundation (WPI), where she serves from 2016 to 2018, strongly
believing that no goal can be achieved and no country can develop
without peace and mindfulness practice. She speaks French, English
and Spanish. She’ve been recently selected this year to belong to the
international change markers’ network co-created by Ashoka and Robert
Bosch Stiftung, a global collaborative platform for 600 young social
innovators from 80 countries in the world. She’s part of the 6th promotion
of young leaders selected by the german Friedich Ebert Stiftung
Foundation to work for a better governance in their country.
