My name is Ebrima Jaiteh a young Gambian, enthusiastic peace preacher and hopeful peace mediator. I grew up in a village call Bajonkoto, located in the hinterland of the Gambia. Recently I graduated from the department of International Trade and Finance from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, in Istanbul, Turkey. I am active Red Cross member, I was also High School class president, President of Bajonkoto Youth Football, Vice President of Nusrat Health and Sanitation club, and member Peace Gambia of I have written poems and articles about, creating and promoting peaceful society. I want to study and specialize International Peace Mediation and Conflict resolution, because over the years I have learnt that I am naturally talented in deactivating dire situations, comforting trouble hearts, and negotiating common grounds for two conflicting parties. Listening to people’s problems, troubles and helping them find right solution to their obstacles gives me an unexplainable joy. Quite frankly there is nothing in this world that makes me feel this way and I am going to do all what it takes to accomplish this dream of mine and attaining this summit will give a glimpse of what my future is going to be like and stepping stone to accomplish my dream.
