Meet Donika Selitaj, an enthusiast young woman coming from the small town of Klina, Kosovo.

▫️She is currently on her final year of her studies on the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina, Kosovo, in which she has also successfully and responsibly held the role of the secretary on the first historical congress on the Law Degrees ‘Jurisconcos’.

◽In the meantime, she is also a nursery student at AAB College. Despite her busy student life, Donika is very keen on dealing with social matters. In the year 2018, Donika was elected as a deputy on the Prishtina Youth Assembly and has successfully contributed to numerous projects affecting the youngsters in Prishtina and Kosovo in general. In the same year, Donika actively volunteered on the UN Youth Task Force Assembly.

????She is a human rights activist, passionate youth advocate with a lens focused mainly on protecting the minorities and providing a gender equal environment for young women of her country. In the year 2019 she joined the Leadership Development Association Balkan – Kosovo, and she continues to contribute and engage on promoting opportunities to youngsters.In the year of 2020 she has been selected as a Global Peace Ambassador for the two following years chosen by Global Peace Chain organization. She has been confirmed to be part of the ‘Hurford Leadership Program’ during 2021 in Washington, US.

▫️Member of the People United Global in Geneva,Switzerland.Completed the Leadership Academy-MTP in Sttutgatt,Germany.Attended “Flow Summer School” at the International IULM University in Milano. ‘Alumnae of the 6th OSCE Dialogue Academy for young women between Prishtina and Beograd, and recently a Jury member at Innovation in Politics Institute . In 2022 she has been part of the European democracy youth network where she represented the Republic of Kosovo in EU institutions and she continue to contribute in this organization, in the same year she has been part of the European Capital of demoracy as a Juror ,recently she has been part of the Word youth alliance.
