The curiosity and the urge to discover new things, to discover news is my biggest driver. I am motivated by my dreams and I work with sincere heart toward achieving them. I motivated by great leaders such as Mandela, Jobs… They always motivate me to do the hard work with systematic rules and regulations. Set high goals, be honest, never say no and work with people who share your passion for doing their best. I am very self motivated, determined and honest. I really love what I do and I try to surround myself with people who share similar passions. I thrive on this type of environment. A key piece to playing at your absolute best as a leader (and as a person) is to ensure that your daily schedule reflects your deepest values. My biggest accomplishment is overcoming my fear of failure while detaching myself from success. It gives me complete sense of living. Personally I work 42 hours weekly and approximately “72 hours” I have a free time. I make a plan for my free time. Free time will only become useful to you if you’ve focused on how you’d like to use it. I am writing down a list of the things I’d like to be doing in my free time. My natural curiosity pushes me to read books, magazines on economic and world news, investments, leaderships and Internet articles about many subjects but that doesn’t necessarily mean all of my activities are related to what I read. My list of hobbies includes playing basketball twice a week, traveling, joint in church, making collages, mediation, running, biking, listening to music etc. I also regularly attend lectures, panel discussions and other live presentations about numerous topics.
