Kelly is currently studying at the University of Hong Kong as a final year undergraduate student. During her study of politics and public administration, she developed her passion in protecting human rights. This led to her decision of pursuing a postgraduate diploma in laws at Nottingham Law School upon graduation.
Kelly is keen to engage in community services. She is currently working as an intern at United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees (UNHCR), concerning about the refugees in Hong Kong, meanwhile she is an active donor and volunteer at Refugee Union in Hong Kong. Kelly also contended that education is one of major explications towards the current difficulties. She assisted in educational research programme at HKU Developmental Science Lab and worked as an educational policy research intern at Hong Kong Policy Research Institute. She was also an intern at OWN Academy. Moreover, she was a volunteer at Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service Hong Kong, Neighborhood and Worker’s Service Centre, as well as Junior Achievement Hong Kong, targeting students with special education needs and underprivileged students.
