Amanda is enthusiastic and passionate about inclusiveness in girl child education and people with special needs. She is a strong advocate of the SDG Goals and works towards its accomplishments. She believes that everyone deserves a chance to live and enjoy the great things of life. Amanda is also a strong advocate for peace building. She believes that together we can achieve more and leave a lasting impact if everyone loves and cares for each other. Amanda Obidike is an Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Behavior Expert from the Santa Clara University, USA. This skills has helped 56 youths in career development, entrepreneurship and Skill acquisition. She helps mentor and groom people into becoming great leaders they are meant to be and refine their potentials. A Fellow and Top 20 Most Exceptional Leader of YALI West Africa since 2017, who helps facilitate and train young leaders in civic leadership. I chose to become a trainer and advocate due to the moral decadence and loss social values in West Africa. I believe that every youth has the right to dream, to actualize their goals and have a better life, irrespective of their background, economic factors and cultural values. Apart from the objective of promoting the UN SDG Goals of this initiative, I will like to inculcate and exercise this objective- differently. This will be done by carrying out SDG projects and ensuring there are sustainable indeed. Will promote feedback outcomes. In every project, there will be visible and implemented achievements; thereby leaving a lasting mark on the People, community and our Partners. I can also add value by the absolute willingness to nurture and groom youths with the knowledge and skills I have. This can be like a mentee-mentor relationship. I am willing to be a carrier for peace making, conflict resolution, and inclusiveness of youths in politics, civic leadership and business management. I can also add value by delegation of responsibilities and resources, devotion and dedication towards this great initiative and exhibition of leadership behaviors and development.
