My name is Alexandra Peña, I am an 18 years old first year Law student at Universidad de Lima in Peru. I am a youth ambassador, social entrepreneur, volunteer , poet and music lover. Since a very young age I’ve worked in projects towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, where I stand out my participation at the Winter Youth Assembly at the United Nations, Harvard Project for Asian & International relations, speaker at the women empowerment conference “7 Reinas” , my role as Campus Director of Hult Prize at my university and the organization I founded and currently lead “Inspire YDN”.An ambassador of peace is someone who is not only tolerant and inclusive, he is someone who is capable of learning and teaching, who guides. Since I was 15 years old, I have worked on projects related to the United Nations and the Sustainable Development Goals, which has given me a series of opportunities such as participating in the international youth event of the World Youth Alliance in New York, or participating in the Winter Youth Assembly at the United Nations. These events, added to my participation as director of Hult Prize campus at the University of Lima, and in conjunction with my vision as founder and past-president of Inspire YDN (Youth Organization) have developed in me the following skills: active listening, leadership, teamwork, analytical, public speaking and writing.
