Within my community, I manage various companies and organizations, mainly involved in supporting young people and spreading a corporate culture. I demonstrate my leadership by example. Punctuality, commitment, passion, determination, goal orientation, are the ways in which I demonstrate how a job should be done. The results achieved are a demonstration of good leadership.
